Conservatory Life is an independent mail order company without any connections to conservatory or double glazing companies. We, therefore, offer impartial advice based on ten years of experience supplying conservatory furniture and accessories to maximise the enjoyment of your conservatory.

Delivery
We offer national delivery by courier or specialists.
Furniture is made up with the fabric of your choice and usually delivered in 3 - 4 weeks.
Fans, Heaters, Trees and Plants are delivered in 3 - 7 working days.
Blinds are made to measure and fitted by specialists at a time to be agreed.
Overnight and weekend deliveries are sometimes possible at extra cost.

7 Day Refund Charter
Your assurance for all items bought from us.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase notify us within 7 days and we will collect the item and refund your money in full (excludes furniture made up with your own fabric and sunblinds) Charter is in addition to your statutory rights.

Privacy Policy
Personal Details you supply to us to enable us to provide you with the services you request, e.g. brochures, leaflets, prices etc is stored securely in password protected data files in accordance with procedures outlined in the Data Protection Act. Card Payment Details are not stored on our system. Payments made by Credit/Debit cards over the internet from our website are processed by PayPal Ltd through a secure server and no card details are revealed to us at any stage. Payments made by Credit/Debit cards over the telephone are processed electronically through a secure server and card details are destroyed immediately after use. No financial information is stored by physical or electronic means.
