How to order
Order online using the secure payment service either on the page the products are displayed or through the Contact us page. Each item in the catalogue has its own name or reference number to make ordering simple. The
one exception is the range of conservatory blinds. In this case, simply phone your enquiry through on
01449 672543 and we'll arrange a visit from a designer, by appointment, who will take the measurements, and
show you the range of fabrics and colours.
Delivery
We endeavour to suppy our customers in the shortest possible time - usually within 28 days and will advise the
delivery date if out of stock. Where more than one product is ordered they may be delivered separately and at
different times. In all cases additional delivery charges may apply to addresses outside the UK mainland, including Scottish Highlands &
Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands etc. Please ask for a quotation. Claims for incorrect delivery or for items damaged during
delivery must be made immediately to the Conservatory Life Office.
Furniture Delivery
1 - The Descane Collectiion
1 - Subsidised Standard Delivery £40.00
Furniture will be delivered in a large articulated vehicle with one driver. Access must be available for this size of vehicle and assistance for the driver with unloading will be required.
2 - The Conservatory Life Collection
2 - Subsidised delivery per load £40.00
Furniture will be delivered in a large removals sized vehicle with one driver who will require assistance with larger items. Please advise us when you order if there will be access problems at your property.
7 Day Refund Charter
If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase contact us within 7 days and we will have the
goods collected at our expense and refund your money.
Retain all packaging and ensure goods are absolutely as new. Charter does not apply where we have used your fabric
or made to order sunblinds. Charter is in addition to your statutory rights.
Availability
Conservatory Life reserves the right to modify the specifications of the range of products, in any way, where
necessary and without prior notice. Customers will be informed in writing at the earliest opportunity if any
item ordered is no longer available.
Cancellation
In the event of the buyer cancelling the order, except due to a notified price increase or non-availability
of product, Conservatory Life will be entitled to recover all costs which it has incurred up to the point of
cancellation. Cancellation must be made in writing to Conservatory Life at the office address.
Ownership and Risk
The risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer upon delivery; but ownership of the goods supplied
shall remain with Conservatory Life until payment in full has been made.
Governing Law
The order is governed by English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
